London Nationals[edit]

Hello, you recently reverted some edits I made on the Wikidata.... maybe you can help me. The London Nationals are a long running hockey team in the Canadian city of London, Ontario. Their parent team, the London Knights, donned the same name for three seasons back in the 1960s. On English Wikipedia, we decided to keep all of the Knights history on one article, which freed up the Nationals name to the GOJHL London Nationals who have owned that name for 27 years... ever since then the GOJHL Nationals have been cross-linked with the wrong articles in the French and Slovenian Wikipedias... is there some way to rectify this cross-linking issue? Otherwise it is a little misleading. DMighton (talk) 02:51, 26 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

hi Avocato[edit]

How can I suggest a topic for contributors of the Arabic Wikipedia to write about?

Thank you!

EYCN in Arabic Wikipedia[edit]

Dear Sir,

An Arabic-English translator (MezzoMezzo) and me have been trying to create the entry in the Arabic Wikipedia for the European Young Chemists' Network (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Young_Chemists%27_Network) but it seems to be on the blacklist somehow. Is there anything we can do to solve it?

Thank you in advance for your very kind help.

Yours sincerely,

Hello. I think the name of the article or it's content has problems with one of our edit filters. You can ask Meno25 to solve this issue, he can deal with these filters. Good luck.--Avocato (talk) 22:21, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, Avocato. This IP has no contributions/abuse filter logs on Arabic Wikipedia and also the label on the Wikidata item has no history on arwiki. Please create an account on Arabic Wikipedia and try to recreate the article. Cheers. --Meno25 (talk) 15:32, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Avocato and Meno25,

I have tried to create a page with the English title of our article (European Young Chemists' Network) and I got a message that no contributions in English are allowed. By using the title in Arabic the creation of the page is blocked. Could you please have a closer look and help us upload a version of our article in Arabic wikipedia?

Thank you Yours sincerely, DimitraP

Dear Avocato and Meno25, any news you could share regarding this previous topic? Thanks again for your kind help! DiegoGG85 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.128.171.238 (talk) 08:50, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
